4. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and may separately verify your identity.
5. Verification
To protect you, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request. The specific steps depend on the type of request and the sensitivity of the information involved.
6. Response Time
We confirm receipt of requests within ten (10) business days and respond substantively within forty-five (45) calendar days, with an extension of up to forty-five (45) additional days where reasonably necessary.
7. Global Privacy Control
Our Site processes the GPC signal as a valid opt-out of "sale" and "sharing" for the browser session from which it originates. To apply an opt-out to your account broadly, submit a request by the methods above.
8. Non-Discrimination
We will not deny services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercise your privacy rights.
