We made a decision years ago that we believe is uncommon in our industry: to work on one brand. Not because it is narrow — because it is deep. Wolf's dual-fuel platforms, its induction inverter boards, its convection steam control loops, its iconic red-knob assemblies — each behaves in ways a generalist technician cannot reasonably be expected to know.
